How to submit your first booking request

Before You Start

Ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Client project details and location
  • Installation type and scope
  • Preferred timeline
  • Site access information
  • Technical drawings or specifications (if available)

Step-by-Step Booking Process

Step 1: Access the Booking Form

  • Log in to the Partner Portal
  • Navigate to Services → New Booking Request
  • Select Installation Services

Step 2: Enter Project Information

Basic Details:

  • Project name/reference
  • Client name and contact information
  • Installation address (with access instructions)
  • Estimated project value

Service Specification:

  • Installation type (select from dropdown):
    • AS/RS system installation
    • Conveyor system integration
    • Storage solution deployment
    • Picking system setup
    • Full warehouse automation
  • Number of systems/units
  • Estimated man-hours (if known)

Step 3: Set Timeline

  • Preferred start date
  • Required completion date
  • Any time constraints or restrictions
  • Client availability windows

Step 4: Upload Documentation Attach relevant files:

  • Site layout plans (PDF, DWG)
  • Technical specifications
  • Equipment datasheets
  • Safety requirements
  • Access permits (if applicable)

Maximum file size: 25MB per file

Step 5: Add Special Requirements

Check any applicable boxes:

  • Height work (specify maximum height)
  • Confined space entry
  • After-hours access required
  • Security clearance needed
  • Specific certifications required
  • Multi-shift operation

Step 6: Review and Submit

  • Double-check all information
  • Add internal notes (visible only to your team)
  • Click Submit Booking Request

What Happens Next?

Immediate:

  • You receive confirmation email with booking reference number
  • Request appears in your dashboard with "Under Review" status

Within 24-48 hours:

  • MERIXA team reviews technical requirements
  • Availability check conducted
  • You receive preliminary response with:
    • Feasibility confirmation
    • Estimated timeline
    • Preliminary quote (if requested)

Within 5 business days:

  • Detailed project plan provided
  • Team assignment confirmed
  • Final quote issued

Tracking Your Request

Monitor status in Dashboard → Active Requests

Status indicators:

  • ? Submitted - Under initial review
  • ? In Planning - Technical assessment in progress
  • ? Confirmed - Booking approved, resources allocated
  • ? Pending Info - Additional information required
  • On Hold - Awaiting client or partner action
